Description: New timber house by the sea. Cottage 94m² on a 1½ hectare area. Drilled well, where good quality of water based on water tests, warm and cold water. Downstairs a bedroom for 2 persons, kitchen, living room, shower room, and a wood-heated sauna. In upstairs a big room where beds for 3-4 persons. Big roofed terrace with a view to the sea, a gas grill and an other terrace on the way to the beach. A sunny western lot(even with a evening sun). The beach consist of sand and stones and is swimming friendly and alga free for the whole summer.

Other information: The road leads to the cottage. Own beach nearby with fishing possibilities. Peaceful location, second last cottage in the end of the road. Good opportunity to spend time in the nearby forest. Possibility to see mooses, white-tailed deers, wood grouses and black grouses. Nearest neighbors are in a 70m distance. Nearest store is 6km away.
Driving instructions: Ca 4km after Emäsalo bridge to the south, turn right to Kattslättintie road, drive ca 2,7km until the end of the road.
