Description: The house is an old log house, the owner lives in the main building beside. The cottage is 90m² and it has been renovated year 2005. There is an old kitchen room that is 25m², 2 small bedrooms with 2 beds, changing room and a washroom, sauna and a glass porch. An extra bed can be placed to the changing room.Facilities: Warm water, electricity, shower, wood-heated sauna. In the kitchen a fireplace, electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, radio, coffeemaker, tableware and linen for 10 persons. There is both wooden and electric heating in the building, a bio toilet at the porch. Own yard in use where you can find a grill, a campfire place and both a table for dining and a pool.
Other information: A garden with traditional plants nearby with a view to the Porvoo river. In the yard there is domestic animals e.g. rabbits and chickens. The closest store is 10 km away and to a public beach in the Porvoo river a 500m distance. A bus connection to the village shop.The cottage can be rented all year round.
Driving instructions: 10 km from Porvoo to Kerkkoo. When in Kerkkoo, turn left from the crossing near Kerko-Sport to Henttalantie. After 1,7 km turn right from the crossing to Hannulankuja.
Rent: 500€/week, 200 €/weekend
If the cottage is free it can also be rented for one night 120€/night on a short notice. It is also possible to rent a loft room from an old stable beside that is 35m² and for 4-6 persons with a fireplace and a terrace. 15€/bed/night.
