Description: Lot 7700m² with a 165m² big cottage with two floors. First floor: well equipped kitchen (24 m²) with an old wood stove, bedroom with a double bed + possibility for a children's bed, a room with a sofa bed, writing table and tile stove, porch, toilet, bathroom with electric sauna and shower. Second floor: balcony with a view over the sea, living room, two bedrooms with double beds, another bathroom with shower and toilet. A newly built sauna next to the beach (41 m²) with shower (floor heating), Sauna stove and water with wooden heating, a fireplace in the living room (25 m²), and a big terrace at the beach.
Facilities: Tap water (warm and cold), floor heating in the bathrooms and toilets, electricity and heating in the cottage and beach sauna. Swimming possibility at a public beach 2km away or at your own beach during summertime.
